Hotel Policies

It is the policy of Subic Homes that all accomodation charges are settled in CASH or acceptable Credit Cards upon checking in. A refundable security deposit of Php 1,000.00 shall be paid by the guest prior to check-in. |

Cancellation must be made three(3) days prior to booking date, otherwise:
48 hours - less 10%
24 hours - less 20%
NO SHOW - one day rent |
Extra persons shall be limited to two(2) only at Php500.00 per person.
Children below 5 years old shall not be counted but limited to 3 only.

Down payment is required to confirm reservation. Present confirmation slip upon check-in. Present also valid ID when paying in credit card.
Supplements maybe requested at the front desk subject to availability and limitations at minimal charges.
Subic Homes reserves the right to refuse undeclared guest or guest beyond the maximum capacity of the house. |
