Hotel Policies

All rooms are good for Two (2) adult with free breakfast and complimentary coffee or tea inside. Any room in excess of the allowed number of person inside the room shall be charged as Extra Head. |

If cancellation is made 1 day before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
If canceled later or in case of no show, first night will be charged.
In case of Group Bookings or events:
- Cancellation should be made Fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled event or function. Late notification shall be charged fifty (50%) percent of the total price.
- In case of postponement, the hotel must be notified in writing not later than Seven (7) days before the function otherwise the hotel reserves the right to charge the full package cost for late postponement, invalid cancellation or no show.

Children below 3 years old is free of charge when using existing bedding.
Older children or adult are charged P500.00 per night and per person for extra beds and P350.00 extra cushion. Maximum capacity of each is One (1).
Any type of extra bed or cushion is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
